Crisp, lively acidity complements the rich flavors to keep it in balance. The oak barrel fermentation is especially evident in the smoothness of the lingering, harmonious finish.

|According to Winemaker Ed Moody, the fruit stands out even more with this vintage while it is still intensely complex. The 2000 Chardonnay was made to show off the fruit and spice of the grape which is complemented with barrel fermentation and a balanced barrel aging program using new and aged American oak.|
